A colleague of mine and I have taken on the project of renovating a Victorian basement in Denver to be a suitable robotics and embedded systems lab. It is a work in progress but moving very quickly. The end result will have the following features:

• 2 CentOS 5.5 desktops (development machines)
• 2 Windows 7 desktops (development machines)
• 1 Zentyal network management system
• 1 CentOS 5.5 cluster (6 Dell 2650 servers)
• 1 3D plastic printer
• 1 3D scanner (not sure on specs yet)
• 2 ceramic-surface soldering stations
• 1 PCB etching station
• 1 Dremel drill press/saw
